Logo Reveal

A logo reveal for Lay's, treated as an object rather than a mark. It opens in macro — close enough that the wordmark loses its edges — and pulls back while the light sweeps across it. Everything is handled as material: the ribbon in wet red lacquer, the letterforms bevelled soft and finished like enamel, the sunburst fluted so every ridge takes its own highlight. By the time the camera settles, the logo has been read entirely through the way light travels over it.
